Welcome to the PRE-ORDER guidelines for Queen Ann Catering lunches!
(Please read through this before clicking on the link below.)
Create your Parent / Student Accounts:
1. Click on the link below - read all this before clicking the link.
2. Click the BLUE "Sign Up" button, on the top right
Note: You will need your school's zip code to continue signing up
3. Complete the form for your Parent Account.
4. Now you need to add your Child's (Student's) Account - after signing in you will be at the Preorder Purchasing page. At the top right hand side you will see a blue box that says "Missing a Student". Click on this and add your child's information. Keep adding all your children as needed. When you are done, if you look to the white box at the top and click on it, you will see all your children.
5. Each time you log in to the "Purchase Preorder" page - TO ORDER, click on the WHITE BOX to see the list of children connected to your account. Select the child you are ordering for. After ordering, click Save/Pay. If there are funds in the child's account, the lunch items + tax will be automatically deducted after that day's lunchtime. Otherwise, you will need to add funds for the lunch to be recorded on the morning's Lunch List.
6. To ADD FUNDS - look to the left side of the screen under APPLICATIONS and you will see Meal Payment, Credit Card, and Transaction History. Follow the prompts:)

Now you are ready to start pre-ordering lunches!
