Welcome to the PRE-ORDER page for Queen Ann Catering lunches!
(Please read through this before clicking on the link below.)
Returning Parents, you should be good to go – just remember to add any new incoming students to your account (see #5 below).
Create your Parent Account:
1. Click on the link below
2. Click the BLUE "Sign Up" button, on the top right
Note: You will need your school's zip code to continue signing up
3. Complete the form for your Parent Account.
4. Now you can log in to the "Purchase Preorder" page. To order, click on the WHITE BOX on the left of the green box to see the list of children connected to your account. Select the child you are ordering for. After ordering, click Save/Pay. If there are funds in the child's account, the lunch items will be automatically deducted after that day's lunchtime. Otherwise, you will need to add funds for the lunch to be recorded on the morning's Lunch List.
5. If you need to add a child or connect your child's name to your Parent Account:
To do this, click the BLUE BOX that says "Missing A Student" and follow the prompts.
Note: if your child is on the school's class list, we may have already added them to the system, otherwise please go ahead and click on the "Missing A Student" box to add them.
Now you are ready to start pre-ordering lunches!
